Spotlight on Our Graduates

Claudine Boucher

Tourism Techniques | DEC
Tourism Promotion Counsellor

I was born in the Témiscouata region of Bas-Saint-Laurent. Since I am highly interested in traveling, I decided to study Tourism after I finished high school. LaSalle College was an obvious choice. I wanted to attend a well-known institution and I was quite attracted to the city of Montréal, having grown up in the country.

My three years at the College in the Tourism Techniques program were exceptional. The career path, the quality of the instructors, the variety of courses (where we covered all kinds of disciplines related to traveling) as well as my classmates from Québec and throughout the world contributed to that.

After graduating, I decided to return to my native region. I have worked here for almost twenty years in communications and tourism promotion for the Témiscouata region.

I still travel whenever I can, in order to continue to discover the world and all its magnificent treasures!

I highly recommend LaSalle College to have a most enjoyable and professional educational experience. The program is in tune with reality and it is very diverse. You'll meet unforgettable people.
