Helpful information
Studying in English in Québec
Act 14 imposes certain requirements on most students who wish to enroll in an English-language college program.
For example, our students enrolled in a DCS program must pass the French Exit Exam and complete three courses taught in French. To support their success, LaSalle College offers free additional French classes.
Post-Graduation Work Permit (PGWP)
International students may be eligible for a post-graduation work permit (PGWP) if they graduated from LaSalle College, a designated learning institution (DLI), and want to stay in Canada temporarily to work.
