Housing of Choice

Our campus is located in downtown Montreal and offers convenient access to all amenities including the metro, bus, shops, sports centres, cinemas, pharmacies, hospitals and supermarkets.

You can benefit from all those amenities by living near the campus. Stay with a host family, choose a student residence or venture out to find your own accommodation solution.

Host Families

Staying with a host family is a popular choice among many students.

Our host families are carefully selected to provide quality service to our students. Staying with a family allows students to completely immerse themselves in a French or English environment with a warm family atmosphere.

A cozy bedroom featuring a white bed with grey and blue pillows, a unique antler wall decor, a side table with a lamp, and a window providing natural light.

This format includes:

  • A single room in a Canadian home
  • A choice of three (3) meal plans: no meals, two meals or three meals per day
  • Shared common areas and bathroom facilities
Find your own accomodation

There is a wide range of accommodation available in the city of Montreal. This type of accommodation is formalized by a contract between the owner and the tenant, known as a lease. This contract specifies the rental period, cost, inclusions (electricity, internet, etc.) and other information. This document will be provided to you by the owner. This type of accommodation requires a little more research and organization, but there are several resources available to you. You can consult these sites to start your search:
