College Residence Options

Student Residence housing is great for those who enjoy their independence as well as the benefits of communal living.We have partnered with EVO and Campus1 to offer secure and convenient student residences that cater to various needs and budgets.


EVO Residences

Host Families

Staying with a host family is a popular choice among many students. It allows students to completely immerse themselves in a new culture, in French or in English, with a warm family atmosphere.

We currently do not offer any placement service, but we can suggest you to use the MS Homestays services if you choose this housing option.

MS Homestays offers 3 different plans:

  • Full Board: This option offers you 3 meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner.
  • Half Board: This is a 2 meal plan: Breakfast and Dinner.
  • Room-Stay: Fully furnished bedroom located in the home of a local Host Family.

Find your own accommodation

There is a wide range of accommodation available in the city of Montréal. This type of accommodation is formalized by a contract between the owner and the tenant, known as a lease. This contract specifies the rental period, cost, inclusions (electricity, internet, etc.) and other information. This document will be provided to you by the owner.
