LCI Education and LaSalle College

Thanks to the support of LCI Education, the College relies on highly specialized shared services that centralize and optimize several strategic functions: governance, finance, talent and culture, marketing, information technology, human resources, and more.

This shared services model across a network of campuses allows for:

  • The standardization of best practices across the international network;
  • Increased responsiveness in implementing policies and regulatory adjustments;
  • Superior operational efficiency, while remaining compliant with the Ministry of Higher Education’s requirements.

Inspired by the most effective public-private partnerships (PPP), LaSalle College—supported by the LCI Education network—embodies a hybrid governance model: private in structure, public in its obligations. With a streamlined yet tightly controlled administrative organization, the College ensures exemplary compliance with Ministry standards while maintaining superior agility in decision-making and operations.

This model enables resources to be focused where they have the greatest impact: the quality of teaching, educational innovation, and student support. It also promotes the attraction and retention of top-tier talent—within both management and the teaching faculty—by offering a dynamic, well-structured, and mission-driven work environment.

In short, like the best PPPs, this approach combines the rigour of the public sector with the flexibility and efficiency of the private sector, directly benefiting the student community.
