After You Apply : What's Next ?

Processing time
- Canadian applicantsUp to2weeks
LaSalle College has three annual start dates: fall, winter and summer semesters.
We do our best to process all applications as quickly as possible. Please note that we do not begin to process your application until we have received:
- all validated documents, and
- the payment of the admission fee.
Please note that some files may require additional processing time and that processing time may be extended during the period before the August and January terms.
Language Requirements and Tests
Before beginning their studies at LaSalle College, students enrolled in a DCS program might be required to take a written language test to assess their proficiency in the chosen language of instruction.
This test, or placement test, allows us to adapt their academic track to their needs so that they can obtain their Diploma of College Studies (DCS).
Equivalence Request
Equivalence Request
In most cases, general education courses already completed in Quebec will automatically be added to your record.
If not, any learner can submit a request for equivalency or substitution for courses they have already completed. These courses may have been taken at another college or university level.
Refer to your Omnivox student portal for the procedure and the form to complete.
