Success Plan

Success Plan: Concrete Tools for Your Success

At LaSalle College, student success is at the heart of our mission. It is from this deep commitment to supporting every student in achieving their academic and professional goals that our Success Plan was born—an official document approved by the College’s Board of Directors.

This plan is built on a clear conviction: structure, prevention, and access to targeted resources allow each student to grow, thrive, and succeed. This vision brings together our entire educational community—Academic Affairs, the Pedagogical Committee, Success Plan Coordination, and faculty—united by one common goal: your success.

Our Success Plan includes a wide range of resources and support measures designed to meet the diverse needs of our student population:

Institutional Policy on the Evaluation of Learning (PIEA)

  • A Structured, Fair, and Transparent Evaluation Framework

    The Institutional Policy on the Evaluation of Learning (PIEA) is a cornerstone of the Success Plan. It defines, standardizes, and communicates LaSalle College’s evaluation practices, ensuring fairness, consistency, and transparency throughout the student journey.

    The PIEA is designed to:

    • Communicate the principles and procedures for learning evaluation;
    • Inform students about the applicable evaluation measures;
    • Establish common guidelines for faculty members;
    • Support teachers and program directors in their educational responsibilities, clearly outlining the roles of students, instructors, and administrators.

    Regular self-evaluation of this policy ensures that it remains current, relevant, and aligned with the evolving needs of our student community.
