Overview
Thrive in the world of digital editing by refining your skills with the ACS in Video Editing. Learn the basics of television and digital editing, compositing, and audio mixing. In addition to AVID Media Composer instruction by a certified instructor, you will also learn to use the latest software such as the Adobe suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator). Join the ranks of public access TV, commercial, corporate, and web editors.
About the Program
Join LaSalle College Montréal's Video Editing program (ACS) and learn the basics of television, compositing, audio mixing, and the entire editing process, from acquiring media to mastering.
Master Adobe Creative Cloud and work with our AVID Media composer certified teacher to learn this key software for the industry.

Admissions Criteria
-
Have interrupted their full-time studies for at least two (2) consecutive semesters or one (1) full school year; or
-
Have followed post-secondary studies for a period of at least one (1) year; or
-
Have a Secondary School Diploma (DES) or a Diploma of Vocational Studies (DVS), and the program allows them to receive a technical training that is not available in a DCS program; or
-
Have an equivalent education or an instruction deemed sufficient and meet the admission criteria set for college studies.

ACS programs are based on DCS program curricula, but do not have general education courses like French, English, or Philosophy.
