  • 11:00 AM
    to
    1:00 PM
  • Plaza, 6th floor

Are you having increased concerns about your physical appearance and your weight? Are you noticing obsessive food-related behaviours or thoughts in yourself or someone you know?

Eating difficulties, obsession with body image and low self-esteem can lead to an eating disorder. Anorexia, bulimia and other eating disorders are complex, and the recovery process can be long and challenging.

Getting informed allows a better understanding of these issues and tools to help your peers.

To answer all your questions, we are welcoming Anorexia and Bulimia Quebec (ANEB), a renowned organization, for a free and interactive conference.

  • Where: Student Plaza, 6th floor
  • When: November 9, 2022
    • In French from 11 a.m. to 12 p.m.
    • In English from 12 to 1 p.m.

The conference will also be broadcasted online here.
