World Mental Health Day

In honour of World Mental Health Day, which took place this year on October 10, our educational team organized a wellness day for our students on Wednesday, October 12.
Here are the activities that await them at the Plaza, on the 6th floor:
- Knitting: 10 a.m. to 12 p.m.
- Puzzles: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Neurospa: 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
- Mandalas: 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
- Yogalates (energy break): 1:00 p.m. to 1:50 p.m. and 2:00 p.m. to 2:50 p.m.
