The policy's objectives are to help promote a safe and healthy environment for the college community and to comply with the Act to prevent and fight sexual violence in higher education institutions.

The policy applies at all times:

  • To students, teachers, staff and anyone else on campus.
  • During activities that take place in class or off campus, whenever the people involved have a College-related relationship.
  • To third parties who participate in or help with an activity, hold a teaching or authority position, or who use or require College services.

It concerns us all.
