In the aftermath of the Second World War, 1950s Quebec is both rooted in a conservative vision of the world and on the verge of radical change. At the dawn of the Quiet Revolution, Quebec will soon open its horizons to the vast possibilities offered by its thriving international ambitions, but the 1967 World’s Fair in Montreal is still relatively far off.
