Who is Shawn (Yih-Hsiang) Cheng
Shawn (Yih-Hsiang) Cheng is a visionary leader in the global meetings and events industry, known for his passion for innovation and a deep-rooted commitment to community engagement. Currently serving as the Regional Director for North America at the International Congress and Convention Association (ICCA), Shawn brings decades of experience in creating transformative event experiences that drive strategic growth and foster meaningful cross-sector collaborations.
A recognized thought leader and influencer, Shawn has earned accolades such as “Planner of the Year” by Smart Meetings, a spot on the “40 Under 40” list by Connect x BizBash, and the “Digital Experience Strategist of the Year” award at the 2024 PCMA Visionary Awards.
