On May 13, under the captivated gaze of the audience and the spotlights, the Signature Fashion Show took place at the magnificent pavilion on the Grand Quai in Montreal’s Old Port. The event marked the culmination of the dedicated efforts of our graduating students in the Fashion Design program.
A collection driven by those who create it
For the 2026 collection, the graduating class takes center stage more than ever before. In addition to presenting their designs on the runway, they also become the faces of the Signature 2026 campaign, embodying the world and vision that drive their creative process.
This approach results in a more personal, confident edition that is deeply rooted in the cohort’s identity, where talent is revealed as much through the garments as through the designers who created them.
During the evening, the students received the 2026 edition of the Signature Book, featuring their creations presented in an editorial style, with none other than themselves as models! An initiative that allows our students and their creations to shine in a creative way.
“Signature 2026 places the graduating class at the heart of the event. They embody the vision that drives them. Signature is the moment when talent meets identity and individuality, and this cohort fully embodies that.”
-Andrew McNally, Dean of Fashion, LaSalle College Montreal
The presentation of the book was a touching moment for the students, who were able to see the result of their final editorial photos presented in a professionally edited format.

During the book presentation ceremony, the graduating class took a moment to celebrate their peers for the awards and honorable mentions presented by various partners and valued industry collaborators. Here are the winners:

In a packed room filled with graduates, family, friends, and celebrities, the crowd was captivated by the show and the creations of the 80 talented graduates of the Class of 2026. The evening was a long-awaited moment for many, and both the audience and the students enjoyed a magical evening filled with pure talent and breathtaking creativity. Colors, silhouettes, and an impressive interplay of materials were on display. Under the spotlights, more than 80 models walked the runway proudly showcasing over 400 student creations.

Partnerships that make sense
Among these creations, we saw some exceptional local collaborations, such as outfits made from upcycled leather from Bombardier jets, as well as the Télio Impact Contest, the Valérie Dumaine Contest, the RW&Co. Contest (focused on upcycling) and the Clo3D Reitmans Contest.
Several major partnerships also enriched this edition, including upcycling collaborations with Cirque du Soleil, Bombardier, and Hooké, as well as collections developed with KWE!. Together, these projects illustrate the students’ ability to create designs that resonate with current industry challenges and in partnership with leading organizations.
Joining them are Ardene, the official footwear partner of Signature 2026, and BonLook, the official eyewear partner.
In conclusion, the Class of 2026 presented pieces that blend eco-design, storytelling, and avant-garde style.
Congratulations to all our Fashion Design graduates.
