Overview

The real estate broker course at LaSalle College Montréal is an Attestation of College Studies in residential brokerage. To become a broker in Québec, you must pass the OACIQ licensing exam, and this training prepares you for it. You learn to guide buyers and sellers through every stage of their transactions and act as a trusted intermediary.

About the Real Estate Broker Course

This real estate broker course covers the 435 hours you complete in real estate law, contract drafting, financing, evaluation, and residential brokerage tasks.

Its scope is residential brokerage, not commercial transactions, so your professional role is to advise, counsel, and support clients at all stages of the transaction.

By the end, you meet the Real Estate Brokerage Act's licensing requirements and take the certification exam of the Organisme d'autoréglementation du courtage immobilier du Québec (OACIQ).
