International Management Week: Three Lectures to Inspire the Next Generation

As part of International Management Week, LaSalle College hosted a series of informative lectures for students interested in expanding their knowledge and gaining insight into the realities of the professional world.

Montreal, March 2026 — As part of International Management Week, LaSalle College hosted a series of informative lectures for students looking to deepen their knowledge and gain insight into the realities of the professional world.

 

Three highlight events marked the week, featuring recognized experts in their fields.

 

On March 24, the topic of marketing was addressed by Marlene Hins, president of the Association Marketing Québec. During her presentation, she shared her experience and insights on current trends, offering students a concrete view of the sector’s challenges and opportunities.

 

On March 26, the accounting conference was led by Mario Dautruche, ambassador for the Order of CPAs. His presentation helped demystify the profession and highlight the key skills sought in this constantly evolving field.

 

Finally, on March 27, finance took center stage with Ingy Sarraf, CFO/COO of Guru Energy. She presented the strategic challenges facing companies today, while sharing her inspiring journey within the industry.

 

Through this program, we reaffirm our commitment to connecting our students with influential professionals, taking a practical and forward-looking approach. These meetings offer a unique opportunity for learning, discussion, and networking for the next generation of managers.
