Your tickets
Graduates: it’s free!
BUT you must book your ticket on the Place des Arts platform. Search for “Graduates’ Ticket” and make sure to select the correct ceremony: Graduation 1 at 11 a.m. or Graduation 2 at 5 p.m.
Not sure which one? Check the program list to confirm.
Bring a form of ID on the day of the event.
Your guests — $50 plus fees and taxes.

How to pick up your tickets
Your phone is your ticket. Here's how to do it:
- Log in to your customer account on the Place des Arts platform using your phone (only).
- Click on “Event Information.”
- Select your ticket.
- A rotating code will appear, add it to your digital wallet for quick entry, or show it at the door.

What time should I arrive?
The ceremonies take place at 11 a.m. and 5 p.m.
GRADUATING STUDENTS: 2H BEFORE (9AM OR 3PM)
GUESTS: 45 MIN. BEFORE
Graduating students must arrive early for the dress rehearsal—it’s mandatory!
⚠️ If you arrive late, you will not be seated with your class or in alphabetical order. You will be called at the very end of the commencement ceremony.
How to get there ?
260 boul. De Maisonneuve Ouest, 2nd floor, Montréal
🚇 Subway: Place-des-Arts Station (Green Line), right inside the complex. Just follow the signs for “Place des Arts” without ever stepping outside!
- Exit D → elevators (De Bleury Street)
- Exit A → Place des Festivals (Jeanne-Mance Street)
🚈 REM: McGill Station (10-minute walk) and Central Station (15-minute walk).
🚌 Bus: Routes 15, 24, 35, 55, 80, 125, 129, Express 465, and 480.
🚲 Bike / BIXI: Bike racks at 1600 Saint-Urbain Street. BIXI station at the Saint-Laurent metro station.
🚗 Car: Indoor parking, 250 spaces at a flat rate of $25. Expect a wait at the entrance — reserve in advance if possible!
🚕 Taxi: Drop-off zones on Saint-Urbain Street, near the Maison symphonique and south of Sainte-Catherine Street.
Customized services
Need help or special accommodations? Place des Arts has you covered:
- Wheelchairs: Seats are reserved in the auditorium, with an adjacent seat for your companion.
- Plus-size seating: Specially adapted seats are available in all auditoriums.
- Children: Booster seats are available in the auditorium (limited quantity—first come, first served).
- On-site wheelchair rental: available at the security desk near the box office (for getting to your seat only).
- Assistance: An attendant is available at the theater entrance to help you get around.
- Certified guide dogs are accepted—please notify the box office in advance: 514-842-2112.
What to Wear
There’s no dress code, but it’s a big day, wear your best outfit! Cap and Gown You’ll be given these on-site. The cap is yours to keep. The gown must be returned at the end of the ceremony.
Photos
A photographer will be on-site. The photos will be posted on LaSalle College’s Facebook page after the event.
Bar service
No need to come on an empty stomach! There will be a bar on site serving your favorite drinks, alcoholic or non-alcoholic. Snacks will also be available to keep you going throughout the party. Perfect for celebrating with good company!
