Behind-the-Scenes Tour of the ICÔNES Fashion Show at Festival M.A.D.

Discover what happens behind the scenes of a fashion show 

Are you interested in fashion, design or careers in event planning? 

Enjoy free, exclusive access to the backstage preparations for ICÔNES, presented by LaSalle College as part of Festival M.A.D. 2026. 

Before the fashion show begins, you will discover the different stages involved in creating a large-scale fashion event. You will visit the preparation areas, learn more about the creative concept behind ICÔNES and experience the excitement of the final hours leading up to the show. 

This exclusive activity will also give you the opportunity to speak with members of the LaSalle College and Festival M.A.D. teams while discovering the talent of the next generation of fashion designers.

Schedule 

6:30 p.m. : Welcome and attendance 

Meet near Café Constance, located in the Wilder Building. 
1430 Balmoral Street, Montréal — outdoors 

6:35 p.m. : Introduction to the ICÔNES fashion show and backstage tour 

Discover the Salon Orange, meet Andrew McNally and step inside the preparations for the LaSalle College fashion show. 

7 p.m. : Behind the scenes of Festival M.A.D. 

The Festival M.A.D. team will introduce you to the different stages involved in setting up the festival and the professionals who help bring it to life. 

7:15 p.m. — Festival site tour 

Explore the installations and discover the behind-the-scenes work involved in producing this event dedicated to fashion, arts and entertainment. 

7:30 p.m. — End of the activity 

You will then have time to enjoy Festival M.A.D. before attending the ICÔNES fashion show, presented at 8 p.m. on the main stage at Place des Festivals.
