About the Program

The Business Intelligence Specialization program (LEA.D7) is designed for individuals who already have a foundation in programming, databases, and mathematics, and who wish to advance their careers in the fast-growing field of business intelligence. Over two intensive sessions, students deepen their technical skills while learning to transform data into strategic insights that support decision-making. Through hands-on projects, the use of professional tools, and a 300-hour internship, they gain valuable practical experience. This program combines technical expertise, business understanding, and analytical thinking, preparing graduates to play a key role in data management and the digital transformation of organizations.

Admissions Criteria

Exceptions to these admission criteria may be applied.

Every application is reviewed by the College.

To be eligible for acceptance into an ACS program, applicants are generally required to meet one of the following criteria:

  • Hold a DCS or ACS in computer science or in a related field deemed sufficient by the College; or

  • Hold a DCS or ACS with work experience related to data (computer science, finance, marketing, logistics, etc.);

  • Mathematics Technico-Science sequence from Secondary IV;

    • or Natural Science sequence from Secondary IV;
    • or Natural Science sequence from Secondary V;
    • or Culture, Society and Technology sequence from Secondary V;
  • Pass a programming logic and database fundamentals test administered by the College
